I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than ten years experience providing care to children and families. I also have more than 3 years experience as a clinical supervisor of School-Based therapists. I am committed to helping children and families learn ways to navigate behavioral and emotional needs.
My work with clients has addressed a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am skilled in providing CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Family Therapy, and Case Management services. Additionally, I have considerable experience and perspectives to offer care in behavior management techniques. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
In my role as a clinical supervisor, I have led a team of therapists, ensuring that quality care is provided to our clients. I strive to foster a collaborative environment, where everyone can work towards common goals while having guidance and support to expand themselves as professionals.
I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients while exploring complex issues. I'm passionate about understanding human behavior, creating meaningful connections, and committed to offering high quality care. My hope is for clients to develop a sense of empowerment and self-awareness that will aid in reducing symptoms that interfere with daily functioning.
